Working Warriors: Life Beyond Military Combat

This Wisconsin Veterans Museum exhibit features photos of everyday life in the military during World War I and World War II. The display panels can be found throughout the library including downstairs. Look for military books on display as well as the uniform of well-known local veteran, Denman Kramer, on loan from the Tripp Heritage Museum. This exhibit will be on display during the month of March. Exhibit provided courtesy of the Wisconsin Veterans Museum. Funded in part by the Wisconsin Humanities Council with funds from the National Endowment for the Humanities.
