100th Anniversary Celebration

Join Us for the George Culver Community Library's 100th Anniversary Celebration!
Celebrate a century of knowledge, community, and growth at our special anniversary reception on Saturday, October 19 from 11:00am to 12:30pm. Enjoy music across the decades, light refreshments and coffee, a chance to relive the library and Sauk City’s history through historical pictures, and test your knowledge with fun trivia!
Stay until 12:00pm to witness the sealing of a time capsule filled with memories and artifacts from the library's 100th year.

The Friends of the George Culver Library will also hold a Silent Auction as a fundraiser for the library. Starting Wednesday, October 9 stop by the library to take a look at the auction items and start making your bids. You’ll find exciting items from local artists and businesses, such as John Joseph Coffee, Vintage Brewing Co., Paul’s Chocolates, Flaxen Fleece and more! Final bids will close at 12:00pm at our reception event on October 19 and we will announce the winners live.

We can't wait to celebrate the beautiful history of the library and our community with you all!
